Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Bank Operation Associate who is fluent in Mandarin to join our AML and Operational Risk department team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily banking operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating seamless transaction processing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services, investment operations, and accounting principles, contributing to the effective management of banking activities. Duties
Process and verify banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor and reconcile account balances regularly to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to banking activities, supporting audit and compliance processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate investment transactions and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies governing financial transactions.




Maintain comprehensive records of all banking activities, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Experience
Minimum of one years’ experience in banking operations, financial services, or related roles with exposure to investment processes.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with investment products within a banking workplace.
Proficiency in Mandarin language communication—both written and spoken—is essential.
Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to banking and financial services.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience with financial software systems used in banking operations is preferred.
