Schedule: Day shift, Evening shift, Weekends as needed

Tim Hortons is currently hiring a Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Lead and support team members during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
Train new employees on Tim Hortons procedures and policies
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food service industry required
Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset




Solid communication and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
Adaptable availability including weekends and holidays
