Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of vaping products and accessories. This role involves engaging with customers, educating them about products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about retail sales, and skilled in communication, with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vaping products, accessories, and related merchandise
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is well-stocked
Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment




Handle customer inquiries professionally both in person and via phone or online communication
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing sales records and updating product information
Ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations, including proper handling of products
