Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
Operate POS system to process orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions, give correct change, and manage cash handling responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met for all menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food safety protocols and sanitation practices
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and serving
Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
