Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with fuel purchases, convenience store items, and vehicle-related needs. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling products and services, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fuel and convenience store purchases.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and convenience store areas.
Monitor fuel levels and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Provide basic vehicle assistance, such as checking oil levels or tire pressure when needed.




Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with cash handling processes and basic math skills for transaction accuracy.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while managing time effectively.
Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
A solid understanding of technology sales can be beneficial for promoting related products.
