About Us:

TST-CF Express is Canada's leading provider of time sensitive, less than truckload (LTL) North American transportation services. Since 1928, we've offered unparalleled quality service and customer support, while utilizing the most current technology available to the industry. We are currently looking for a General Office Clerk (Unionized) in our Cambridge Terminal reporting to the Terminal Manager.

Shift Hours: Mon-Fri 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The primary responsibilities include:
Processing Cash Receipts from Drivers
Customer Service (Tracing)
OS&D; Processing
Billing
Shipment Tracing
ODR’ing
Manifesting
General Clerical responsibilities (processing inquiries, customs clearances, etc.)
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
General Office experience in a Transportation workplace is preferred
Must be Bondable
Positive interpersonal skills
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Additional experience:
ISO 9002 Quality Systems
Basic computer skills
Use of Mainframe and/or PC-based computer applications
