We are currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to become a key part of our Aldergrove, BC team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
Coordinate logistics for shipments, truck deliveries and conventions
Manage and track deliveries and communicate with the drivers
Maintain organized digital and physical filing system
Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
Prepare reports and update records as needed
Help ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately and on time

REQUIREMENTS




Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Comfortable meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A true team player with a can-do attitude
Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in logistics or administrative roles is an asset
Fast-paced work setting
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
