MFC Training is currently looking for a Standards Officer to join our team in Moncton, NB.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring of flight test results / Instructor development
Organizing and conducting ground school training
Organizing an audit team and conducting audits
Amendment of the manual
Develop Corrective Action Plans
Assist senior mangers as requested
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience with instructor training and supervision




Have held a valid commercial, or higher, Pilot License
Solid attention to detail and effective time management
Exceptional organizational skills
