Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
Operate the POS or Silverware POS systems for processing transactions accurately.
Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including catering events and banquets.




Uphold a professional demeanor while working in nightlife settings or fine dining environments.

Skills
Proficient in using Silverware POS, or similar point-of-sale systems.
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy workplace.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or catering services is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
