Join our agile team as a Food Truck Staff member, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service and customer experiences. As part of our food truck operation, you will engage with customers, prepare delicious meals, and ensure that our food trucks runs smoothly. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food and customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
Assist in food preparation and cooking while adhering to health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, kitchen equipment, and work areas.
Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing cash transactions efficiently.
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Manage time effectively to maintain workflow during peak hours.
Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
Be able to prep, cut vegetables, dicing fish, marinating etc

Qualifications




Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation practices is a plus.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A team player attitude with a willingness to help others when needed.
Have strong culinary and knife skills in order to assist in food prep efficiently
Be able to drive/commute all over lower mainland

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
