JOB SUMMARY

We love creating comfortable, clean, and inviting spaces for our guests to enjoy and believe that first impressions make an significant impact on experience. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will utilize your time management skills and eye for detail to ensure that all of our guest spaces remain efficiently and thoroughly cleaned. We are seeking energetic team members to join us in the roles of Room Attendant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean assigned guestrooms and suites, including dusting, making beds, vacuuming and mopping, cleaning bathrooms, windows & blinds, kitchens and living spaces
Seasonal deep clean of guest rooms and public areas;
Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, linen carts, linen rooms, supply rooms and work area.
Wash, dry, and fold linens.
Report any maintenance issues to the Supervisor or GM;
Return all “Lost and Found” items to the Housekeeping Office;
Clean public washrooms, pool areas, reception areas and hallways
Complete daily checklists and any other assigned daily duties
Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards




Perform other related duties as required by the Housekeeping Supervisor

Requirement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant education and experience;
Passion for customer service and genuine hospitality
Energetic, flexible, hands-on individual with initiative and integrity
Highly organized, detail oriented, with an appetite for cleanliness
Proven ability to work unsupervised, and at a fast pace while maintaining quality
Able to perform well in a fast paced, physical working setting; to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs, to stand and walk for an entire shift, and to bend down, twist, and reach upwards.
Strong team-based work ethic
