Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and effective Food Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities
Deliver prepared dishes swiftly and accurately from the kitchen to designated tables, maintaining presentation standards.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables to uphold cleanliness and organisation within the dining area.
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and plating when required.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow.
Provide excellent guest services by responding courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organised work workplace, including the storage of utensils and serving equipment.




Assist with other restaurant duties such as refilling condiments or assisting with meal preparations as needed.

Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food delivery is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times.
Experience with food preparation, serving, or culinary tasks is desirable.
Familiarity with delivery driver experience or hotel/guest services is a plus.
A positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
