Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent food safety practices, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items
Support the kitchen team during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
Follow all food handling and safety procedures to uphold health standards
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed




Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and quality control

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or food industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Robust teamwork skills and good communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if necessary
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new culinary skills
