About the Role

Fionn MacCool’s is a high-energy Irish pub rooted in hospitality, live atmosphere, and community. We’re looking for skilled, guest-focused bartenders who perform well under pressure, take pride in their craft, and contribute positively to the energy of the room.

The Bartender will often be responsible for opening or closing the bar, as well as sometimes being the only FOH staff person.

This role is ideal for bartenders who enjoy friendly, strong guest interaction, and being part of a tight, professional team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently
Execute classic cocktails, beer service, and wine with confidence and accuracy
Deliver warm, engaging service that keeps guests coming back
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout shift
Support crowd flow and guest safety during peak periods
Work closely with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service
Contribute to the pub’s atmosphere through positive energy and professionalism
Execute full-service bar operations, including bar-top food service,



while maintaining explicit communication and workflow with servers and back-of-house teams.

What We’re Looking For
Previous bartending experience in a rapid-paced bar or pub environment
Strong product knowledge (beer, cocktails, spirits, wine)
Ability to stay calm, efficient, and guest-focused during busy shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A professional attitude with a passion for hospitality
Irish pub or high-volume experience is an asset, but not required
