Overview:

We are seeking a labourer to join our team. As part of a crew, you will be reporting to a foreman daily who will assign tasks. Jobsites and start times will vary. Job sites and duties are ever changing. A vast and open skillset that can adapt to current challenges. Occasional evening and overnight shifts may be required.

Our team values safety, precision, and teamwork, and we are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Labourer to join our crew.

As a Labourer, you will work closely under the direction of the Foreman to support millwrights and other trades in office. You must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and keep pace with a rapid-moving crew in a safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of industrial equipment
Load and unload materials and tools
Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards




Follow instructions from the Foreman and skilled tradespeople
Operate hand and power tools as needed
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects repeatedly
Excellent communication
Reliable transportation to attend ever changing job sites
Ability to work outdoors and in various industrial environments
Must possess a valid Working at Heights certification
Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team
Prior construction or industrial experience is an asset, but not required
Must have basic hand tools
Forklift and scissor lift experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
