Volkswagen North Bay is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing dealership team.

What You’ll Do

As our F&I; Manager, you will work closely with our sales team, customers, lenders, and dealership leadership to complete vehicle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
Presenting financing, leasing, warranty, protection, and insurance options to customers
Securing competitive approvals through financial institutions and lending partners
Preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and required documentation
Ensuring all transactions comply with dealership policies and applicable regulations
Supporting the sales team throughout the delivery process
Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent follow-up service
Helping the dealership achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals





What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as an F&I; Manager in an automotive dealership
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
A valid Ontario driver’s licence
OMVIC certification
