We are seeking an outgoing, positive, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Experience Representative to join our clients events team. This role is heavily focused on building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive experience for clients and guests before, during, and after events.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and event attendees.
Act as a welcoming and professional representative of the organization at events.
Provide hands-on customer service and support throughout the event experience.
Assist clients with event details, questions, requests, and follow-up.
Identify prospects to promote services and generate current business through relationship building.
Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Attend and actively participate in events, ensuring guests receive a positive experience.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate event requirements and customer needs.




Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all events.
Support administrative and organizational duties related to sales and events.

Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or a related industry.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, approachable, and naturally positive personality.
Solid ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to remain professional and composed in a busy event environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and attending events as required.
