About Banner Brands: Join an experienced production team and help maintain a clean, state-of-the-art cultivation facility. This position will report to the Sanitation Lead and/or designated supervisor.

Sanitation Technicians are responsible for supporting daily sanitation activities of the production facility. Typical working hours are 8-4pm with an opportunity for weekend shifts, as required.

Responsibilities:
Support the quality of our product by strictly adhering to our Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) for sanitation activities
Clean and sanitize the grow facility including but not limited to: wall surfaces, and equipment.
Complete relevant forms, logs and other documentation required to meet SOPs and policies.
Establish proper sanitation scheduling and provide training to production staff
Supporting the team with other duties, as required.

Qualifications:
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Experience in the cannabis industry is considered an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




Ability to stand for extended periods
Robust attention to detail and work independently
Ability to push, pull, lift, reach with weights up to 30lbs
Must be able to communicate in English – written & verbal
Reliable transportation to site

-WHMIS and First Aid Training Certificates are considered robust assets for this position.

Working Conditions:

Please note this is an pharmaceutical grade indoor grow facility and our Sanitation Technicians are required to work in production areas while wearing full PPE (scrubs, face mask, hair net, gloves, etc.)

Our Sanitation Technicians are exposed to environmental allergens from cannabis flower.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
