Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial buildings
Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation
Inspect roofs for damage and determine necessary repairs
Remove old roofing materials and dispose of them properly
Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed
Apply waterproofing materials to prevent leaks
Clean and maintain work area and tools

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a roofer or in a related field is preferred
Knowledge of different roofing materials and their installation techniques
Solid attention to detail and ability to work accurately




Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license is preferred

Note: This position requires working at heights and lifting heavy materials. Safety precautions must be followed at all times.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$44.00 per hour
