NW Cleaners is a Calgary-based residential and short-term rental cleaning company. We help homeowners and Airbnb/STR hosts keep their properties spotless and guest-ready. We're growing fast and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.

What You'll Do
Perform residential deep cleans and standard recurring cleans
Complete short-term rental turnovers between guest stays (stripping/making beds, restocking linens and essentials, sanitizing high-touch areas)
Follow property-specific checklists to ensure consistent, guest-ready standards
Communicate professionally with clients and report any maintenance issues or damage
Manage your own time efficiently across multiple properties per shift

What We're Looking For
Reliable transportation to travel between Calgary properties
Solid attention to detail and pride in your work
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Versatile availability,



including some weekends (STR turnovers often happen on checkout/check-in days)
Prior cleaning, hospitality, or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

What We Offer
Competitive pay: $18–$25/hour
Flexible, part-time hours that can fit around school or another job
Growth potential as we scale — early team members will have opportunities to take on more responsibility
