As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through exceptional hair care services. You will be responsible for providing a range of hair styling services while ensuring a welcoming and qualified environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends.
Provide consultations to clients regarding their hair care needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Engage with clients to provide excellent customer service, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
Upsell hair care products and additional services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.




Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in front desk operations within a salon or retail environment is a plus.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive client relationship.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
