Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients to support chefs and cooks
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, dishes, and equipment to meet hygiene standards
Support cooking processes by organizing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of supplies to the cooking stations
Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures in accordance with food safety regulations
Serve beverages or assist with basic food service duties when required to enhance guest experience
Ensure the kitchen area is organized, stocked,



and ready for service at all times
Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to create a protected working environment for everyone

Experience
Prior food service experience or restaurant work is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
Experience in meal preparation or assisting in a busy kitchen setting is advantageous
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and serving practices will help you excel in this role
