VOLUNTEER PLACEMENT IN PLASP HEAD OFFICE

PLASP Child Care Services is a charitable organization operating on a not-for-profit basis, providing high quality early learning and child care, for children up to 12 years of age.

We are seeking a reliable, and tech savvy Volunteer to join the IT department at PLASP Head Office. This is an in-person Volunteer role and you will be required to attend the PLASP Head Office for all shifts.

Volunteer – IT, Head Office

Key Responsibilities
Take direction from IT department staff
Support HelpDesk with fielding calls and assisting to troubleshoot
Participate in all aspects of training and mentorship
Actively ask the IT department staff questions if you are unsure of what to do

The Position Requires:




Must be a current Secondary School student under the age of 18
Must have a robust interest in technology with excellent skills in Android device
You are caring, energetic and work well with others
You are versatile and willing to learn
You show initiative by helping without being asked
