We are expanding our team and are currently looking for HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge team members for:

FULL TIME Security Concierge roles.

Must be available for evening and overnight work

Schedule - Night 11:00PM - 7:00AM or 12:00AM - 8:00AM

Duties:
Maintain the security and safety of the premises by conducting proactive security patrols
Provide superior customer service to residents
Maintain a solid sense security presence in common areas, tower, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, surrounding walkways of the buildings and premises
Conduct hourly patrols and actively monitor cameras
Respond to emergency situations (security, medical, flood or fire) and facility emergencies (floods, elevator break downs, gate break downs). Write incident reports.




Document and report as required daily reports, incident reports, for management and client follow up
Proactively diffuse, respond and resolve difficult situations

Job Qualifications:
Valid BST (British Columbia) Security License
Minimum 1 year Security experience
Excellent customer service skills, friendly
Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
Physically fit and mentally alert
