Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results
Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues, reporting them promptly to management
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment at all times
Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning procedures




Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and tools to ensure availability for daily operations

Requirements
Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to safety practices
