Welder (Night Shift) - Rosenort, MB

Our client is looking for a Night Shift Welder to join their team in the manufacturing of stainless steel agricultural products. As a Night Shift Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of their production processes, operating in a fast-paced setting with a focus on precision and safety.

This position is located in Rosenort, MB - roughly 35 minutes south of Winnipeg.

Responsibilities
Perform stainless steel MIG welding tasks.
Operate welding equipment, grinders, and tank-building machinery.
Assemble and weld tanks according to specifications.
Follow pre-determined weld settings to ensure consistency and quality.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.




Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs.

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in MIG welding.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work the night shift ($3 hourly premium).
