Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team on our Night (12:00AM to 8:00AM) and Afternoon (4:00PM to 12:00AM) shifts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and equipment operation. There may also be opportunities for cross training in Operator Roles.

Duties
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to efficiently move products within the facility.
Perform order picking and packing tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and timely.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain high productivity levels.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels and report discrepancies as needed.

Requirements




Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong computer literacy is considered a benefit.

Pay: $19.50-$23.70 per hour
