We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our team. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong attention to food safety, and experience in the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills while delivering a memorable dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

· Hand-crafted pizza making with passion, working with a stone-fired oven

. Hand-stretch and prepare Neapolitan pizza dough using traditional methods, ensuring perfect texture and consistency

· Ingredient preparation for a variety of toppings

· Able to share the workload with other team members and help with other kitchen and cashier duties if required

. Maintain a clean, organized, and effective workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

*Candidates with professional Neapolitan or hand-crafted pizza-making experience will be considered first

.



Must have at least one year of experience in high-volume pizza making and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

· Reliable, Self-motivated and passionate work ethic

. Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards

· Food-secure certification is an asset

· A great communicator: writing, reading and speaking

. Ability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends
