We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide high-quality care to individuals in need of assistance within their homes or care facilities. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions for signs of changes or concerns
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment




Support clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety
Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Follow care plans and report any significant observations or changes in client condition

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred
Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring dementia care is highly valued
Knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols
Solid caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and respect for client dignity
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or relevant healthcare training is an asset but not mandatory
Must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional client-centered care

Pay: $18.03-$20.00 per hour
