Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and quality
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
Follow proper serving procedures when plating dishes and presenting food to guests
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety

Skills




Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination during service
Familiarity with meal preparation, serving procedures, and kitchen equipment operation
Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and advancing within the food industry
Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is preferred but not required
