Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and assist with various outdoor landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in gardening, construction, and equipment operation while contributing to the beautification and upkeep of residential and commercial properties.

Duties
Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
Operate machinery such as excavators Skid steers and power tools safely and effectively
Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for planting, digging, and soil preparation
Perform general construction tasks related to landscape projects, including fencing, retaining walls, and pathways
Maintain equipment through basic mechanical knowledge and routine cleaning
Ensure work areas are protected, clean, and organized at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications





Qualifications
Prior experience or familiarity with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance preferred
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical repairs beneficial
Experience operating excavators or other heavy machinery is a plus but not required; training may be provided
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively as part of a team
Construction or maintenance background is advantageous
Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment operation or transportation purposes
