Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, tarts, and confections with precision and flair
Decorate cakes and desserts using advanced cake decorating techniques to achieve appealing presentation
Ensure all food handling practices meet strict food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks, including measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling baked goods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment sterilization and proper storage of ingredients




Package finished products efficiently for delivery or display while maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with team members to develop recent dessert recipes and improve existing menu items

Qualifications
Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or bakery setting
Robust skills in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation techniques
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations in the food industry
Excellent customer service skills to engage with guests when needed
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with packaging techniques for baked goods is a plus
