The Unified Parts Group, NAPA/Traction’s largest Western Canadian Distributor (an independent Parts Group), is seeking a Returns & Defects Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Prince Albert. Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and finalize returned recent products, automotive cores, and defective parts
Ensure proper tagging, packaging, and storage of cores awaiting return shipment
Maintain accurate records of core credits and customer refunds
Inspect defective parts and complete warranty claims paperwork
Coordinate with suppliers and distribution centers for defective part returns
Handle customer inquiries regarding returns, cores, and defective products professionally
Accurately enter return/core/defect transactions into the POS system
Keep the returns area organized and clean




Assist with inventory counts and reconcile return-related discrepancies

Qualifications
Previous warehouse, returns, or inventory control experience preferred
Robust attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge; experience with POS systems is an asset
Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and working on your feet
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
