About Wellings: Wellings is a vibrant new community for adults 55+ located in Stittsville. This award winning rental community features our signature atrium living concept, complete with dining room, café, and fully licensed pub.

Key Responsibilities:
Encouraging and ensuring a high level of sanitation
Adhere to policies and procedures put in place by Management
May be assigned to any other job function in the Wellings Community on a relief basis
Adhering to pertinent health and safety regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager





Qualifications:
Ability to work in a caring and considerate manner
Must be able to perform in a high energy, positive and ever-changing work environment
Must have valuable written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain composure during possible emergency situations
Must demonstrate the ability to support, practice and deliver to the Wellings Residents 100% of the time

Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability
