Your skills
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in desktop IT support
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues
Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications
Flexibility to support work outside standard business hours when required
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sites
This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $28 - $33 CAD based on experience and skillsets.

Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
Support project rollouts and deployments
