We are a busy and growing trucking company located in the Edmonton region hauling frac sand in pneumatic tridem trailers or super b hopper bottom trailers to wellsite locations throughout Alberta. We are looking for a motivated, clean individual who is interested in a unique and challenging career. The position involves the loading of frac sand at different load facilities throughout Alberta, following directions to Alberta only wellsite locations (can be very remote), unloading into storage vessels (different procedures depending on pneumatic or hopper bottom trailer) and returning to load facility for next round or back to main shop. Drivers are responsible for the general maintenance of their units (greasing, minor maintenance items, restocking their unit with supplies, washing, keeping interior clean).

We Require:

-a clean qualified individual who takes pride in their work and equipment

-min 5 years class 1 experience

-clean 5 year commercial drivers abstract

-Safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR, CSO)

-pride in their units appearance and desire to keep their unit clean, washed and maintained (general maintenance)

-ability to work alone or as part of a group in remote settings, usually have multiple trucks at one location at a time

-able to be away from home for multiple days, possibly full shift

-off-road and mechanical experience an asset

-physically able to work in adverse conditions, chaining up is common
