Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Assist in setting up tables, clearing used dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Monitor guest needs during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly




Follow safety and hygiene standards rigorously to uphold health regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service flow during busy hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but training will be provided
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating enjoyable dining experiences
