Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paper Mill Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a quick-paced workplace, utilizing advanced manufacturing systems and process optimization techniques to achieve operational excellence.

Duties
Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
Recommend measures to improve productivity
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed
Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
Prepare production and other reports




Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Set up machines and equipment
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Monitor safety conditions
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Oversee safety of operations
etc.

This position is integral to maintaining high standards of production while fostering a safe, effective, and innovative work environment for all team members.

Pay: $39.00 per hour
