Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Identify and report defects or quality issues.
Perform routine machine inspections and adjustments.
Assist with basic preventive maintenance as required.
Record production information and machine performance accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.




Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
Previous Machine Operator experience is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals is an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Reliable attendance and robust work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
