Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Local Drivers to join our team.

48 and 53 ft walking floor trailers day cab trucks.

It's year round part time Job Thursday, Friday and Saturday & some other days as needed. Picking up and delivering loads to same locations every week.

Must have at least 1 year of manual Truck and Trailer driving experience.

Must have clean driving record.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently within designated local routes. This role requires a solid commitment to safety, excellent driving skills,

Responsibilities
Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to few locations Abbotsford and Langley area.
Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in valuable working condition.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.




Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.

Experience
Proven experience in commercial driving is preferred, with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety protocols is essential.
Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is a plus.
Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor automotive repairs is desirable.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to schedules.
