Job Summary

We are a busy Steel Service Center seeking a proactive and dependable Warehouse/Yard Worker to join our dynamic team.

Forklift Experience an asset but not necessary. Wage Negotiable based on experience.

Duties
Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and operational guidelines
Assist with inventory management and stock organization
Conduct regular inspections of yard and warehouse areas to maintain safety standards and cleanliness
Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient yard operations

Requirements




Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is an asset but not necessary
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
