Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication
Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly to customers, ensuring they understand all aspects of their purchase
Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer value and meet sales targets
Drive company vehicles safely along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized, attractive, and fully stocked
Assist with heavy lifting when handling inventory or supplies to maintain a safe working environment
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route deliveries,



and customer interactions for organizational efficiency

Skills
Strong understanding of pricing strategies and how to communicate value effectively
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Effective sales techniques with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Proficient in math for calculating prices, discounts, and route planning
Skilled in route driving with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred
Knowledge of merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when handling inventory or supplies
Exceptional organizational skills for managing schedules, deliveries, and customer information
Transparent communication skills to convey information confidently and professionally
Experience in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork
