Responsibilities
Drywall repairs, painting and graffiti removal
Cabinetry, doors, locks and hinge repairs or replacement
Flooring tile repairs and replacement
Exterior painting, concrete and asphalt repairs
Water damage, restoration and repairs
If experienced, plumbing, electrical and welding
Metal, glass, plastic repairs
Handwriting workorders
