Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across different projects, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a protected work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work setting. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a rapid-paced setting.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Support team members in construction, maintenance, or manufacturing tasks
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
Help with site preparation, organization, and cleanup activities




Perform other general duties as assigned to support project completion

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
