Position Summary

We are seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing P&C; portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working directly with clients and insurance carriers in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day service support for auto, home, and commercial insurance policies
Assist with recent business applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
Collect and verify client information, documentation, and payment details
Communicate with insurance companies and underwriters regarding policy inquiries
Prepare binders, pink slips, and policy documents
Ensure accuracy and compliance of policy records and client files




Support advisors and internal team members with administrative and service-related tasks

Follow internal procedures and service standards to maintain high-quality client experience

Qualifications & Requirements
RIBO license is preferred
Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently
Proficiency with insurance management systems and basic office software is an asset
