This role demands strong clinical skills and experience working with poly-substance use and mental health issues. You will work both independently and collaboratively to offer assessments, education, and comprehensive support, helping participants access vital healthcare resources safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor health conditions of participants
• Partner with community organizations for seamless care
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Develop individual care plans with ongoing support
• Participate in community building and networking initiatives
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of nursing experience required
• Previous work in harm reduction or supervised services
• Knowledge of substance use treatment methodologies
• Commitment to equity in healthcare
• Robust ability to communicate and resolve conflicts
