Skilled Labourer / Roofer

Maximum Roofing is looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer / Roofer to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a crew, and is comfortable working in a fast paced construction environment. Previous roofing or construction experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Assist with residential and commercial roofing projects
Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing materials
Remove existing roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces
Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roofing equipment
Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow company safety procedures and instructions from crew leaders
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications
Previous roofing or construction experience preferred
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Physically capable of lifting and carrying roofing materials
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others




Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to follow safety procedures at all times
