AEO is seeking dedicated Maintenance Associates to support our Distribution Center operations. In this full time role, you'll ensure equipment and facilities are in top condition while enjoying competitive perks and incentives.

As a Maintenance Associate, you’ll perform essential maintenance on equipment and facilities within our climate-controlled distribution center. Your expertise will cover preventive maintenance and diagnostics, ensuring a safe environment for all. This role also includes handling equipment moves and installations, making your contribution vital to our smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance on conveyor systems
• Diagnose and repair lift equipment and conveyors
• Perform electrical repairs and facility maintenance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Uphold a safe and clean working setting

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 2 years of maintenance experience
• Mechanical trade experience is a plus
• Robust communication skills required
• Must be 18 years or older
