Key Responsibilities:
• Sand and smooth surfaces in preparation for paint
• Apply protective masking accurately and efficiently
• Clean and prime vehicle surfaces correctly
• Collaborate effectively with the painting team
• Log work hours in the management system
Requirements:
• Experience as an Auto Body Prepper highly preferred
• Knowledge of various sanding and painting techniques
• Robust attention to detail and execution
• Ability to thrive in a busy setting
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma
