Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for producing financial statements on a monthly basis. Previous experience with financial statement preparation and an understanding of the full accounting cycle is a must.

Duties
Preparing financial statements
Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data across various accounts.
Support budgeting activities by preparing forecasts and monitoring budget adherence.




Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external auditors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; relevant certifications are a plus. A knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.

This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization while providing opportunities for professional development within our finance team.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
